Kathleen Krist-Krueger, Broker/Owner

                                     
  Kathleen is one of the top real estate agents in the city of Chicago
  ranking in the Top 1% of all Realtors, and has sold over $50 million in
  2007, and over $55 million in 2006. She was ranked 17th out 40,000
  Realtors in Chicago in 2008. Kathleen offers over 16 years of
  experience as a real estate broker and 19 years as an attorney.

  As the owner of Krist-Krueger Realty, Kathleen specializes in 
  representing buyers, sellers and investors. Her strong legal
  background in contract law and litigation allows her to offer meticulous
  detail, knowledge and invaluable insight into the entire residential real
  estate process. Kathleen's thorough due diligence and strategic
  approach when negotiating contracts achieve the best possible results
  for her clients.

                                    Kathleen graduated with honors from both undergraduate at Purdue
                                    University in Indiana and then from law school at Loyola University
                                    in Chicago. Her office is located in Lakeview and she resides in Lincoln
                                    Park with her husband and two sons.

Joya Schwartzberg, Sales Associate 

  Joya grew up in the north suburbs and has lived in the city for 5 years and
  currently resides in West Lakeview.  Upon graduation from the University
  of Iowa with a BA degree in Psychology, she moved to Las Vegas where she
  got bit by the real estate bug.  This excitement for real estate then traveled
  with her back to Chicago where she worked with a real estate investment
  group handling property acquisition.  The transition to residential real estate
  was one made based upon Joya's desire to help individuals on a more
  personal level with their real estate needs.

  Joya has developed an in-depth knowledge about Chicago's diverse
  neighborhoods and, in turn, credits this knowledge acquired from her working
  very closely with some of Chicago's top agents. She focuses on providing a
  full range of custom tailored services to buyers and sellers throughout 
                                   Chicago, whether you are a first time home buyer or an experienced
                                   investor.

                                   Aside from her interest in real estate, Joya enjoys the variety of
                                   neighborhood and cultural diversity throughout Chicago. She is also a

Deborah Benn, Broker Associate

   Deborah offers over 10 years of experience in real estate to the team.
   She specializes in building real estate businesses that offer exceptional
   service to buyers, sellers, and investors.  As a broker manager for a large
   real estate office in Chicago and Florida, she has the knowledge and
   experience in all aspects of real estate.  This experience allows her to provide
   expert advice in pricing and positioning your home to sell in today's

   Deborah graduated with an undergraduate degree at Southern Illinois
   University in Carbondale with a Finance/Economics Degree.

Ladan Rodriguez, Sales Associate
   As an active real estate investor over the past eight years, Ladan Rodriguez
   has an extensive degree of experience dealing with all types of Real Estate.
   From new construction condos to multi-unit apartments and single family
   homes, Ladan has the expertise necessary to make any real estate
   transaction run smoothly. Always thinking and reviewing every detail from

                                     Ladan grew up in Daytona Beach, Florida. She graduated from Florida State
                                     University with a degree in Psychology. Ladan's office is in Lakeview and she
                                     resides in Bucktown with her husband, son and daughter.
